1) Call or email us with your specific request for services. 2) Call your doctor and ask for a referral to see a lactation RN. 3) Fill out an intake form so that we can get to know you before your visit. We also will use this form to personalize a class for you if you are seeking the service of a private class 4) We will meet for the initial consultation. 5) RN will assess you and your baby and together will develop your action plan for breastfeeding success. 6) The action plan and assessment will be faxed to your appropriate health care provider. 7) Follow up care will be mutually agreed upon at the end of the
visit. This will be specifically based on your needs and could be
as simple as a 15 minute phone follow up call or as extensive as
needing many indivdual consultations. |
