Creating a lactation room and supporting breastfeeding mothers can be very beneficial to your company. Some benefits are a tax credit for the lactation room, decreased maternal absenteeism and a decrease in the amount of medical visits (babies who are breastfed have fewer illnesses than formula fed babies).
